Forest Lake Area Community Scholarship Foundation

These scholarships are offered through the Community Scholarship Foundation and have their own online application process. The application window for CSF will open  December 15th.

The Forest Lake Area Community Scholarship Foundation (CSF) was organized in 1973 by Duane Rasmussen, a community leader and businessman, along with Virgil Grove, a guidance counselor, and other Forest Lake Area High School educators. Since that time, the volunteer board members have raised more than 1.4 million dollars in funds that have been given to local students to pay for post-secondary education. Every dollar donated to the Foundation is awarded to Forest Lake area scholarship recipients to be used for college, vocational or trade school tuition. CSF is directed by volunteers and is supported by committed local businesses, industries, community organizations and individuals. CSF also relies on interest from endowed funds.
