MN Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) Scholarship - Due 5/15/23
Each year the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) Education Foundation gives out $2,000 scholarships to students (of any age) going into careers related to manufacturing (can be technical college, advanced training, an engineering degree, etc…).
This year’s scholarship application is due May 15th. Students can apply online here: https://form.jotform.com/90513588201958 and I’ve also attached a PDF copy.
Boom and Bucket Heavy Machinery Scholarship
Boom & Bucket is offering a scholarship of $1,000 to be awarded each year to a student pursuing a heavy machinery themed program. This scholarship is available to both currently enrolled students and future students who are planning to attend a program within the next 12 months. The program can be at a college or a trade school anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Minnesota Juvenile Officers Association Scholarship
Open to current MN high school students with expected graduation at the end of the 2022-2023 school year
● Must have received acceptance to a post-secondary educational institution by the application due date,
OR
● Have completed the enlistment process with Oath of Enlistment into a branch of the United States Military prior to the application due date

Whittel & Melton Magna Carta College Scholarship
The Whittel & Melton Magna Carta Scholarship has a brief submission process. The applicants will be judged on their ability to answer in a clear and concise manner one of the questions below. The essay should be no more than seven (7) paragraphs and 750 words.

Qualified applicants will currently be enrolled in an accredited College or University. Further, the applicant must attend a college or university the following academic semester. Graduate students are welcome to apply.

EMPOWER SCHOLARSHIP
Encourage Minority Participation in Occupations with Emphasis on Rehabilitation
The EMPOWER Scholarship for applicants with plans for education related to direct patient-focused healthcare. EMPOWER stands for Encourage Minority Participation in Occupations with Emphasis on Rehabilitation. At Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, we recognize the importance of encouraging culturally diverse students to enter a patient focused healthcare field. Due to the generosity of the David M. Hersey family, recipients of this scholarship will receive $2,000.00 toward their higher education. Scholarships will be awarded each year.
The criteria for the scholarship are as follows:
Open to culturally diverse students who have been accepted to or enrolled in a post-high school program in a patient focused healthcare field.
Resident of Minnesota or Western Wisconsin or attending school in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin
Volunteer/Community Service involvement in the community is required
Pursuing a career in patient-focused healthcare
Minimum GPA of 2.0 on 4.0 scale
